The Quest is the new generation of portable GPS from Garmin. It provides automatic route calculations, with voice-guided turn-by-turn instructions, and detailed maps on the bright, sun-light-readable display. Maps and Points-of-Interest information can be transferred from CD-ROM via a USB connection. 13Mb of memory is used for base maps, leaving a massive 243Mb available for map storage. The Quest has a flip-up antenna, and can be powered by a 12/24V adaptor cable or an AC power adaptor, both of which are included.
